PT Sari Dewi Raharja provides only services, including but not limited to festivals and retreats. No physical products are offered or sold. All payments made for our services are final, and refunds will be issued solely at the discretion of PT Sari Dewi Raharja. Refunds will only be considered under exceptional circumstances and must be requested by contacting us.

Any refund requests will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis, and PT Sari Dewi Raharja reserves the right to deny any refund requests at our discretion. Once payment has been processed, we assume no obligation to refund, and refunds will not be provided for services that have been rendered or are in the process of being fulfilled.
